Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue so we can assist you quickly.
Refund Process
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our side.
